Demo request privacy notice

What we collect

When you submit the form, we collect the name, email address, team or organization, optional message, and submission date that you provide. The development service also stores keyed hashes derived from the submitting network address and email address for spam prevention and duplicate detection. It does not intentionally store the raw IP address in the inquiry table.

Why we use it

We use these details to respond to your specific request for an IO4Sports demonstration, monitor the development form, and limit duplicate or automated submissions. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Where it goes

The inquiry is stored in a restricted development database and a notification containing your submitted contact details is sent through Resend to the IO4Sports development inbox. The form does not publish your information to the Demo Elite website or share it with other visitors.

Retention and deletion

The current development Preview does not yet have an automatic deletion schedule. Test inquiries remain until an authorized project operator deletes them. A fixed retention period and deletion workflow must be implemented before public production release.

Your choices

Do not submit player information, medical details, or other sensitive information. To request access, correction, or deletion of a submitted inquiry, contact the IO4Sports development team using the contact channel provided in your demo correspondence. A dedicated privacy contact method must be published before a public production release. We may need to verify that you control the submitted email address before changing a record.

Security and limits

Requests are restricted to the development environment. The form validates inputs, requires consent, uses basic spam controls, and does not expose database credentials or API keys. These safeguards do not replace the additional bot protection, privacy review, and operational controls required for public launch.
